Ich löse mal selber auf:
Nach Neuinstallation der Anwendung auf dem iPad wurde auf dem iPhone getätigte Kauf auch auf dem iPad erkannt.
Der Kauf gilt also, wie erwartet, für mehrere Geräte unter der gleichen Apple-ID.
